How do I return an item?

Shipping and Return : - Shipping is FREE for the minimum order.
- Shipment will be made within 2 business days. Customers will receive the order in 3-5 business days.
- We only accept return:
If we send wrong product (not same as the Sample you received). We will resend you the correct ones ASAP and cover all the return fees.
Or, customers don't like to go for replacement if any damages during shipping. However, we offer free replacement. In this situation, customers are requared to cover the shipping fees.
- IMPORTANT! Please buy Sample to make sure the tile is the right color/pattern/type you need BEFORE placing large order.
We provide free replacement due to shipping/packing damages, buyer needs to contact us directly for replacement instruction.
