How do I return an item?

Buyall Mosaic Return & Replacement Policy

1. Returns are NOT accepted from the shipped date. Photos displayed on
www.newglasstiles.com may vary from actual products. We recommend a sample order prior to
an order of full square feet sheets. Sample order can be made either on our website, or over the
phone at 626-789-5552.

2. Free Replacements for damaged item(s) during shipment:

a) Please check the item(s) you received once you get the package(s). For any damaged
item(s), please contact us at 626-789-5552 or email: buyallmosaic@gmail.com within 3
days since the date you received.

b) For free replacement of damage item(s), pictures of the broken item(s) must be sent to
buyallmosaic@gmail.com with order number(s), invoice number, or any information
that help.

c) Once we get the picture(s), we will send you a Damage Claim Form through email. You
must fill it out, sign your signature and send back to us. As long as we get the Form, we
will send you the free replacements to cover the damaged pieces ASAP.

d) NO refund or credits can be issued for the damaged tiles during shipment; ONLY free
replacements based on the assessment of the broken tiles.

3. Exchange for Wrong Items Shipped: Upon inspection, if item(s) is deemed wrong item(s)
shipped, return Label(s) will be issued. In order prevent delay for exchanging the right item(s),
you must send out the returns within 3 days after receive the return label(s) in the original
packaging and in the condition in which they were received. Once we get the returns, we will send
out the right item(s) ASAP.

4. FINAL SALES: All sales are final. No refund and No Exchange for any reason. All sales
of coupons and phone order discounts cannot be returned for exchange, credit, or refunds.

Order Cancellation Policy: If you would like to cancel an order, please contact us
within 4 hours from the time your order was placed. Cancellation requests received
after your order has been processed will be subject to our return policy.

Our Products are carefully packaged with the advance technique. We are constantly
improving our shipping methods to ensure you receive only perfect tiles.
If you've received damaged or broken tiles in a shipment, we'll send you replacements
on us.
